The interview consisted of a 45-minute virtual meeting with a recruiter. It focused on behavioral questions aligned with Amazon's Leadership Principles. I was asked to describe past experiences and how I handled various situations in a team or under pressure.
The process included a single virtual interview with an Amazon recruiter, following the initial online assessment. The discussion centered around behavioral questions using the STAR method, assessing alignment with Amazon's values.Then i had 2 problems to solve regarding algorithms and data structures.

After the online personality test (assessment), the process was rather easy consisting of one behavioral interview where the interviewer asked me questions about my experience and how I connect them to Amazons leadership principles. In the technical part, I was given a brief business case and asked to solve and present, was rather easy and time was enough. I was hired afterwards.
the first step was an OA. the second step were two online meetings including livecoding and technical questions. the questions were morr about my projects, not necessery technical questions about oop etc.

I had two interviews, both went well. Had a couple of behavioral questions and one algo problem to solve in each interview. Also in the second one a couple of questions about the usage of GenAI.
