As far as I recall, there was little to no interview process. I was hired over seven years ago, I remember being in contact with the company via email, then receiving phone calls about the job start date and schedule (which directly conflicted with my preferred time listed on the application). After that, I went in for a drug test and brief explanation of the company. I don't remember there ever being a formal interview process which was very odd to me.

Seeing as to how there was no formal interview process, there were no questions, only a drug test before orientation I believe.
Was bare minimum. Just applied for the job through the app and then had to shore up to do the drug test. It was the easiest job applying experience I have ever had

Complete an online quiz to sort coloured blocks according to some rules. You have to read the instructions, make sure that certain colour blocks aren't placed next to each other, for example

Easy interview process with questions about availability and preferred shifts. No questions about technical knowledge or competency. The interviewer was approachable and polite. Just be yourself and it will be fine.
