I had an back to back on campus recruiting interview. The interviewers asked several behavior questions, but they did not ask many follow up questions. I tried to make the interview more conversational but failed. The good thing is that I got my result very quickly, just in the same day.

Interviews are based on Amazon Leadership principles. Interview process went very smoothly with mostly focusing on my previous experience. They expect the answers in STAR format. Also, some other behavioral questions are also asked. Since I joined as an intern there were only two rounds of interviews.

Entretien
Recruiter screening followed by an interview loop. All behavioural questions. The interview loop consists of four back-to-back interviews that take like 4-5 hours; it's mostly conversations surrounding LPs. Give quantifiable figures in your stories and use STAR method to answer questions.

this was a pretty easy questions -- straight from the leadership principles. if you dont have these google it and use it to do the star method for your preparation.
