Entretien
The process involved several rounds. First round was a screening with a recruiter, then an assessment was sent. After completing the assessment, I was supposed to meet with the hiring manager. The hiring manager was on vacation for several weeks so I met with one of her leads on the team. The lead I spoke to was not a good representation of the hiring manager in my opinion. She clearly did not like me and ended the call abruptly after I tried to ask a few questions. I was not surprised that I was not selected.

They asked many questions which required the STAR format. One of the questions was to describe a difficult situation at work and how did I handle it.
The process took a very long time and after 4 rounds of interviwes I got only an auto rejection email. The company check only the Leadership principles, and it looks like they don't have an interest in smth else. Anyway people were nice, the case study was interesting as well.

Did a test task and was called by HR almost immediately for the next round. But salary range (full packet with stock and benefits) and return to office policy did nit much my expectations
very standard. the interviewers had a set of questions to ask about the LPs so we can anticipate beforehand. But I think I got ghosted in the end. One of the interviewers told me about the 2 & 5 rule but its been more than 2 weeks since my last interview and still no response from anyone so idk what happened.
