Interview done by a third-party recruitment company in central Berlin. You only needed to register, fill a quick form, and take safety wear in your size. There were practically no verbal questions asked. Some of the paperwork was in German only (although many of the interviewees could communicate only in English).
I was hired in 2018 there was no interview just a series of short tests online and then went in person for a drug test and onboarding. No interview. The drug test was a mouth swab but half the groups got urine tested
They asked about my availability, whether I was able to lift weights up to the required limit, and if I was comfortable with the work location. Can you do it safely.
For this position, there was no interview required. The application process was very simple and only required to fill a series of questions relevant to the employer, was hired on the spot.
