Red flags from the start! Recruiter's English was rough, made me question if it was really Amazon. Product principles at Amazon are awesome, that's what hooked me. But the whole interview process? Total local startup vibes. Tons of rounds, barely touched product management! Most interviewers seemed pretty junior, clueless about the actual job, product, or even how things work in Turkey. Super confused, but figured maybe that's why they needed a senior hire. Then there's the "general manager," radiating "over this" energy, just nitpicking my answers. By that point, the feeling was mutual - no thanks on the job, and clearly they felt the same. But ghosted after all those interviews and tests? Yikes, that's some unprofessional startup move, not what I expect from a global giant. Amateur hour at what should be a dream company. Bummer.
