Interview was completed consecutively, by 2 Amazonians. Interview was based on the STAR method. Interviewer asks you about 3 questions and notes your responses. Process was easy and honestly the wait for offer letter to signing was about 3 weeks.

Describe a time in where you had to accomplish an ambiguous task, with little to no help?
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
