My interview was two rounds back-to-back to feel out your personality, things you've done (in my case, on campus within orgs and a few part-time job experiences), and your goals. About an hour and a half!

Two 45-minute interviews back-to-back with separate employees. They only asked behavioral questions, so make sure to prepare many personal stories. Overall, I thought the interview process was very manageable and fair.
