I had the privilege of visiting Amazon multiple times as the company wanted to test my skill sets and technical abilities for various positions (I guess) . After each round, I got the same response saying "Well you are not selected, but maybe you can fit into a different position". This means that I had to go through the entire grueling process of attending 7 more interviews for every position. Of this entire process, the last set of interviews were the worst of all. The interviewers did not keep up to the time (every interview exceeded), they did not give me an opportunity to even ask them a single question and they did not even discuss the answers with me. They just shut me off saying it was wrong.All of these interviews really made me feel, "Can I really work in this sort of an environment where people don't even have the patience to listen to you?". To summarize, the interviewers were rude, unprofessional and wanted to listen to only answers they have already written down. A very uncoordinated effort to just call interviewees onsite and tire them rigorously.

Amazon interviews consist of two types of questions: 1) Behavioral Questions based on the Amazon Leadership Principles (LPs) 2) Technical and Functional Questions based on the qualifications of the job.
