45 min interview done for the first round. Second round had the same type of interview, but the 45 min interview was done twice in a row. All three interviews were one-on-one, and it seemed that the interviewees do not discuss the content with each other.

Contacted by recruiter to apply through linkedin. Did a psychological test and on same day rejected by email. It was a test on a computer, maybe ten to thirty minutes to fill it out.

First was an online screnning, and then straight to final round. All behav with questions around leadership principles. Final round was two back to back interviews. Very conversational, and team members were friendly. Head back within a week.
