I applied online and received an email to attend a hiring event about a month later. If you are selcected to attend the hiring event you already have the job as long as you pass the drug test and background check. There was not an interview. You just sit through a short class and take the drug test on site.

Easy interview process with questions about availability and preferred shifts. No questions about technical knowledge or competency. The interviewer was approachable and polite. Just be yourself and it will be fine.
