Two step process. 1) Online assessment with work simulation and personality test. 2) Online interviews with two senior finance managers. Excel test (Lookups, Pivot tables...) + questions on leadership principles. Easy if you prepare, hard if you don't.

two back to back 45 minute interviews along with assessments to see your problem solving skills and cultural fit. No super technical interview. Make sure that you are a self-started and problem solver, emphasize your bias for action.

I applied on the website. I received a mail few days later. I first had a virtual interview with competency based questions, an excel assignment + a numerical reasoning assessment.
Then I had 2 weeks laters 3 back-to-back interviews of 30 minutes.
I have never received any answer or feedback from then, even after sending mail to the HR.
