Der Bewerbungsprozess beinhaltete zwei aufeinanderfolgende 30-minütige Gespräche. Das erste Gespräch war mit einer Recruiterin. Hierbei ging es um die Leadership-Principles basierend auf persönlichen Erlebnissen. Das zweite Gespräch mit einer Amazon-Führungskraft war etwas lockerer gehalten und handelte ebenfalls von den Leadership-Principles. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Bewerbungsprozess.

It was CV screening then numerical and logical reasoning test followed by a couple of interviews, all based on amazon leadership principles, they have 16 principles and they asked 4-6 questions in total, every question covered one principle

Very nice interview process. the recruiters were helpful and kind. All the questions that were administered were regarding the leadership principles of Amazon, which shows how much the company is committed to its culture and standards. Was very happy with the interview process
