From my experience, the interview process started with a phone interview conducted through Google Meet. The Regional HR representative introduced herself, explained her background, and then moved into the interview questions.
I was asked about three to four behavioral questions, including "Tell me about yourself" and a question about receiving negative feedback from leadership and how I handled it. One thing I noticed was that after I answered each question, she would ask several follow-up questions to dive deeper into my response and better understand my thought process and actions.
The interview was heavily focused on the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result), so I recommend preparing your answers in that format.
The next day, I received a rejection email indicating that I was no longer being considered for the position. My advice is to be prepared for behavioral questions, expect detailed follow-up questions, and have multiple STAR examples ready.
