simple behavioral questions and IQ like questions, LEARN ALL THE CORE VALUES, try to incorporate them into each "story" question, use the STAR method as well, they suggest using this in their own interview guides they supply to candidates (Which also provide alot of useful information)
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
