Behavioral/Situational Interview with 2 separate interviewers. First interview was more serious and circumstantial. Second interview looked more for personality while asking behavioral questions. Good opportunity to get to know the interviewer and more about the role. Amazon Principles very important to review. They want to know how your personality is and if you embrace the Amazon culture.

There were 2 consecutive interviews for the area manager internship position. Both of the interviews asked basic personality and leadership questions, the interviewers were very friendly and both interviews were about 15 minutes long.

Primeramente tuve que pasar unas pruebas de inglés ante de llegar a la entrevista que fue larga ya que dura en total más de dos horas (en mi caso fue online) pero te proporcionan desde el principio las herramientas necesarias para completarla con éxito.

during the entire process there was about 2 to 3 people that I interviewed with, focus on understanding importance of working with associates and psychological safety. not too in-depth on specific concepts but rather more behavioral.
