Hiring process starts out with an application fill out. Follow by an Amazon assessment. If passed you move on to the interview process with two 45 minutes interviews lead by senior operations managers. The questions are behavioral situations based on amazons core principles. Overall great experience.

Tell me about a time you failed and where able to overcome the challenge?
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
