J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Amazon (Luxembourg) en août 2022
Entretien
A recruiter reached out to me. He was extremely nice and friendly. He could actually maintain a normal conversation. I bonded with him so he passed me on to interview with the hiring manager.
This is where it all went south. The hiring manager was this person from India based in Luxembourg. He had no personality. Did not even care about connecting with me. He went straight into the interview. No smiles, no normal human social interaction… just a dry guy with no personality. Also, I have been doing my masters for the past two years but I could not use any examples from this experience. All my interview examples had to be drawn ONLY from previous employment.
Interviewing with Amazon is the worst. You often get people who think they are God’s best creation. Plus, the interview questions are ridiculously hard, often asking about situations you have not even been through. These guys are OBSESSED with their LPs and will unnecessarily make you go through hours of interviews.
One HR screening, Phone screening, Loop interview with 5 People, Team matching interview. The loop interview was tiring since it was 45mins per interview, and you would have to provide examples for LPs.

Generally conversational and asking about your resume and experience. After the assessment link is sent to you via HR, they can invite you for a phone screen. This phone screen generally lasts an hour.
They asked a lot of behavioral questions and it seemed like SQL/Data Analysis was heavily required. Would definitely recommend prepping all the common behavioral question. Also its important to know the core principles of Amazon
