Mostly of the type "tell me a time when you...". - Tell me a time when you had to get buy-in from a stakeholder - Tell me a time you've improved a process My interview was 80% behavioral and 20% functional. The behavioral was all about my experience / examples I can provide and the functional was also mostly about what I had in my resume e.g. cloud migration, Agile / scrum, no system design questions.
