Interview process divided into one phone screen and then a panel interview which consist of 3 back-to-back interviews. Questions are based on the amazon leadership principles and answering in the STAR format is helpful

Tell me about a time when you dug deep to find the root cause of an issue. What was the result
Had a test and then 2 interviews. Was successful because I had the relevant experience. Had to decline the job offer because the location just would not work. Salary was £33k with a £6k bonus.

Every interview question was framed around Amazons leadership principles. I recommend using the STAR method and literally listing all the principles you demonstrated at the end. Helps the interview tick the boxes.
