Fünf Vorstellungsgespräche basierend auf den Amazon Leadership Principles mit speziellem Fokus auf Beispielen aus dem Berufsalltag. Das erste Gespräch dient dazu die generellen Qualifikationen mit Bezug auf die Rolle zu prüfen. Die übrigen Gespräche sind sehr auf Soft Skills und Verhaltensweisen ausgerichtet.

The process is very slow and long. In total I had 7 interviews and this is a total brain killer. Schedulers were mixing up dates and times. I had a feeling that the recruiter completely forgot to schedule the call with the hiring manager and made an excuse that the hiring manager's phone was not able to dial my number.

After three interviews, it didn't success because the role didn't exist. Of course Amazon never told me that, but another external source advise me before the process finish about it. It has been so frustrating knowing that circumstance and have to suffer this waste of time.
