First of all, The recruitment process was very supportive, especially I appreciate that they care a lot on providing equal opportunity to everyone in campus recruitment.
In my case, When I appeared for 1st round(Online Programming round). I was disconnected while in section 3 of the preliminary round. I notified them and thought "anyways They never gonna reply". But, unlike other companies, They took the issue seriously and valued my time and effort, and supported me till I was satisfied with the exam process. Surprisingly, They provisioned me by continuing the test from the section which was crashed instead of digging up from the beginning, and that's really great, really great!!!
Then, I qualified Round 1 successfully!
Which comprised of 3 sections ( Code Debugging, 3 Medium Leet code-level questions, Basic Behavioral Questions(for accessing the candidate's personality).
Results for Round 1 were announced approx. 2 weeks from the appearing date.
Round 2 -> Online -> One-to-one-> with a qualified AMAZONIAN -> 2 questions were given. 1 -> Problem (String operation based). 2-> DSA -> Stack operations in a tricky approach.
In round 2, I was only able to solve the Data Structure problem fully with an optimal solution of O(1), As I know Amazon has Its own top-notch standards. As expected I was unable to qualify for the Next round.
Finally, after the whole process, I felt it was a great experience, and thankful to Amazon Inc. for providing such a supportive environment in the recruitment process.
