Entretien
1. First there was an online assessment on Coding, Behavioral Questions & System Design Questions.
2. Then there was a interview with the HR/Recruiter, who talks with you virtually, to check if you are aligned with Amazon values.
3. Then 4 onsite interview takes place (virtually). In a single day, one after the other. They focus on different topics, i.e. leadership, algorithm, DS, Coding etc.
4. If they proceed with you, then you will get to pick a team or get picked by a team, also get the offer.

Question 1
The most common questions along all the processes, was leadership question, i.e. "Tell me about the time you failed to do a task, how did you manage?", "Tell me about a time, when you were right & you had to convince your team/colleague?"
It started with an OA, and then after a few weeks, I got invited to four rounds of interviews: technical and behavioral at 3 of the 4, and behavioral only at one.
Um teste de código online, se aprovado, vai para o loop. O loop é 4 entrevistas seguidas, duas em inglês e duas em português. 3 entrevistas técnicas de código, todas as 4 têm pergunta de liderança.
