They use an app for recording the answers, so you do not speak with anyone. So camera shy people will not make it so good. I prefer face to face interviews.

It was a very nice and pleasant interview experience. The purchasing manager was very knowledgeable and easygoing. I said I was very interested and she was happy. It’s a very solid company.

Entretien
Very structured questions. Focusing heavily on Amazon Leadership Principles and data driven behavioral questions using the STAR method. They test how professional you are with your work. Conversations are meant to be natural rather than stiff, but they are very intense and evidence based.
Test online with no interaction with anyone. If you pass, you get invited to fly out to Seattle for the next stage.
