I was supposed to have a two - stage interview, with a technical interview first. The recruiters did a great job of making me aware what I'd be asked in the second interview, but the first interview was a surprise. It seemed that I was being interviewed for a Scrum Master role, with in-the-weeds questions more than any questions about how a program would be managed to engage the tasks. I didn't get the second interview and then got ghosted by the recruiters.

Applied, Recruiter Screen then nothing. Not sure when I'll get a call back. The process seems super complicated. Will apply again now that I know what they are looking for.
