The people are nice, but the process is a bit too long and intense. On top of that, they have a "no feedback" policy so if you don't get the job, you come away with nothing for your time an effort.

El proceso consiste en varias entrevistas, tras pasar el filtro del cv, te contactan desde HR, te explican el proceso, te citan para una entrevista con el responsable al que vas a reportar, si va bien, tienes una con HR, y algunos de los compañeros de equipo

It was a very difficult interview process. The questions were based off of their Leadership Principles, and required you to have quantifiable deliverables to the leadership principles. Make sure that you understand them and bring experience behind the answers.
