Best process I have gone through. Although extensive it was never exhausting. I was always respected and felt more like conversations than the typical grilling you get with most companies

They don't care about your technical skills, they're going to train you until the wheels fall off. I didn't have one technical question during my interview, all 6 hours. So if you're preparing for an interview see below and forget about the bits and bytes.
The interview process is very unique as most if not all questions are geared around Amazons Leadership Principles. The questions are all behavioral-based and they want answers in the STAR format. You can answer them with whatever experience you have; whether its waiting tables or tech, doesn't matter just as long as you answer in the STAR format. They're looking for several examples throughout the interview process not just one.
Overall the process is a time crunch, you don't have much time to ask questions to see if you even want the position. Its a very robotic feeling and if you want to be another cog in the wheel then this place is for you.

Describe a time you took the lead on a project.

Seven hour process with what seemed like purposeful delays built in to try to stress you. Most of the interviewers were nice and positive. The questions were behavioral in nature. Studying for 40 hours was a waste of time.
