I applied for a position on Amazon on August 21. I was first contacted on September 21. I had 2 initial interviews and I got into the panel and had 5 interview rounds. Overall it was a challenging and hectic process. I studied the Amazon leadership principles and prepared an answer for each. Not all principles were questioned. I needed to use the same examples for some. I had a feeling that the written essay was not read by interviewers before the interviews.
