Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Amazon (Hyderâbâd) en avr. 2009
Entretien
Some time back, I appeared in an interview with Amazon and had a really good experience. Though, I couldn't make it, it was the best interview experience I have ever had. My interview consisted of 7 rounds, 2 telephonic and 5 on-site interview @ HYD. Here are questions from my interviews. I am not able to recall some more questions but that were not hard to crack else I must be able to recall those :)
Suggestions:They asked a number of question regarding any data structure you use. Like Hash tables, heaps, arrays etc. And also asked comparison between them. So whatever data structures you are using you must be having a sound knowledge of that. Also gather knowledge about sorting and other things. Another input is that Amazon guys don't like to give hints. Though they give hints if you are stuck, but don't count that as good.
PS: This was all what was asked from me in Amazon Interview. Except one question about Fibonacci's, I have done well but unfortunately I couldn't make it. I am thinking of discussing some of these questions in upcoming posts. I have already discussed about 'virtual destructors' here.
It started with an OA, and then after a few weeks, I got invited to four rounds of interviews: technical and behavioral at 3 of the 4, and behavioral only at one.
Um teste de código online, se aprovado, vai para o loop. O loop é 4 entrevistas seguidas, duas em inglês e duas em português. 3 entrevistas técnicas de código, todas as 4 têm pergunta de liderança.

Question 1
Pergunta historicas baseada nos principios de lideranca da amazon.
The whole process stretched over nearly a month, longer than I anticipated. After an initial phone screen, I faced a technical round that included a Min Stack implementation question. We discussed design considerations and thread safety, which threw me for a bit. Fortunately, I remembered a specific mock interview I practiced on PracHub that mirrored this scenario closely, making me feel more at ease. Ultimately, I received an offer, but I chose to decline due to the company culture not feeling like the right fit.
