There were 4 rounds of aptitude test,grammer, amazon reasoning and email writing. everything is so simple but you need plan well around the time and make perfect answers! i cleared all the rounds except the emailing đŹ but it was my mistake my systems had some net lagging issues so i couldnt make it within time so the main things to focus are time management, strong internet connection and a quiet place if youâre attending the test . Very easy, interviewer just asked me a very basic information. She never asked me technical questions though. Just asking me if I'm flexible when it comes to schedules. The interview only lasts 5-10 minutes, after that I received a job offer from them and complied my documents.
It's long time talking and based on many aspects of work so be prepared for that also practice customer associate role before that will be better. Then they also included difference situation some has to be replied based on text and other voice based
It was smooth and easy. You can crack it easily if you got good communication skills. There were 3 rounds of the interview, First one was the introduction round and english fluency checking round, Second one was the assessment round and Lastly, It was an interview round with the HR.
