The first interview was with a senior engineer. Then had a phone call with the HR. Lastly had an interview loop with three people: each people is 45min. One of them is plc fiddle test.

Un'ora di telefono in cui sono state poste molte domande di carattere tecnico. La controparte era molto gentile. Per capire se conoscessi effettivamente le tematiche, mi chiedeva di descrivere con parole mie il funzionamento di tutta una serie di procedure atte a programmare un certo dispositivo.

Entretien
Took the interview since my current position is being closed. It's all subjective and depending on a single persons opinion with no feedback or reason about the result. It's terrible to lose my job in such unprofessional way. There is no way to escalate this decision either.
