Processo lungo ma ben strutturato e basato sui leadership principles, poche domande tecniche. Phone screen iniziale e poi 4 interviste da 45 minuti, 1 tecnica e le altre attitudinali. Domande standard su passate situazioni lavorative e caso di problem solving.

2 Leetcode questions both were medium
The interviewer was very nice and helpful
Guided me through the questions and let me talk to him as if we are trying to solve this together
Got contacted by recruiter and appointed the interview schedule. Two back to back interview. 3 questions per interview. Took about 2:30hr total. First stage was with HR for the brief introduction, then had two back to back interviews with different interviewer.

Entretien
Took the interview since my current position is being closed. It's all subjective and depending on a single persons opinion with no feedback or reason about the result. It's terrible to lose my job in such unprofessional way. There is no way to escalate this decision either.
