Applied online and received an online assessment soon after. Standard interview with all behavioral questions. Had 4 45-minute interviews. Some interviewers had a lot more follow up questions and some simply asked the questions. Interview questions were based on the leadership principles. Each interviewer is supposed to judge based on 2 different leadership principles (one interviewer told me which LPs they were look at). Overall, pretty straightforward. Some interviews even ended short.

It was 5 round interview with 5 people ack to back. I was asked questions based on the Amazon's LP. It was smooth even though i was not selected. They have put a ban for 6 months, will try again after 6months next year.

O processo é super fluído e rápido. Inicia-se com um phone screen para entendimento de adequação cultural e requisitos básicos da role. Após isso passa para um loop com 4 ou 5 entrevistadores onde no geral se pedem cases ligados ao principios da Amazon. Após essa fase já existe um comitê decidindo pela offer ou não.
The process took a very long time and after 4 rounds of interviwes I got only an auto rejection email. The company check only the Leadership principles, and it looks like they don't have an interest in smth else. Anyway people were nice, the case study was interesting as well.
