Mine was virtual so they had a group of 8 interviewees wait in a waiting room and then gave us instruction on what would happen next. I got put in a room and one person joined and asked questions then left and was followed by another interviewer. It was laid back. Remember the Leadership principles and be able to discuss how some them relate to your experience and answer in S.T.A.R. format.

Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
