First interview with recruiter, followed by an interview with the hiring manager and in a last step panel interview with hiring manager, business stakeholders and someone from global HR; interviews were done virtually - the panel feels like a marathon as you do all these interviews in a row, means in total approx 4 - 5 hours. Be prepared for situations you handled in the past in order to be able to give examples related to the Leadership competencies
