I have applied for an AWS role in Jul, then received an email from one of the AWS tech recruiters, asking me for a time slot to brief me about the interview process. I have replied immediately with my available slots during the following few days, however, never ever received any reply from the tech recruiter. I have gone ahead to book the interview slots, as there is another email from the interview coordinator team. Have done the interview next week, which the interviewer says it went well and will ask recruiter to come back to arrange the following rounds. I have since followed up with the recruiter, again, however, couldn't get any reply from her again. I have also tried to reach out to the interview coordinator team, which kindly replied, and directed me to another technical recruiter, whom again, has just ignored my emails. To date, I don't have any clue what has happened on this role, interview process, or updates. This is one of the worst unprofessional technical recruiter team I have encountered, and the worst technical interview process I have gone through. A shame to the Amazon brand.
