The interview took 1 long day with 6 different stakeholders. Each stakeholder are responsible for investigate 6 different parameters. You have to use a specific interview method while answering interviewers questions, which is called a start method. there is only one break between interviews and each one took 45 to 60 minutes which was kind of exhausting.

Standard behavioral “loop” (multiple back to back interviews) where interviewers probe to see if you are aligned with leadership principles and can adequately speak to them. There were zero surprises, advice would be to be yourself, for these roles they are looking for a particular skillset and if you have it, it will manifest in your honest answers.

2 rounds screening and interview, first screening with university recruiter who asked in-depth questions about resume and how it pertains to skills, second interview with manager who asked more common questions

Few rounds of interviews, great experience as the questions were based on experience.
Enthusiastic team, direct and approachable.
They offered quite good terms and explained everything in details.
