The interview process is sweet. They email you for directions and instructions and do everything on the spot. Amazon has a high turnover rate because of its short breaks. I think they need to change that. Also the pay has went up.
No personal interview and easy process just received an offer letter a few weeks after applying and do background check and drug test and get hired. It is pretty much simple process but just be prepared to stand for long hours.
Easy, swift. There was a very long line but it consistently moved. I was able to get through within an hr. You have to keep returning for background checks and drug testing then you get a start day.
