The first round was a phone interview and the next round was composed of four interviews in a single day, in person. Be prepared for behavioral questions and have examples for every answer.

Virtually all of the questions were "Tell me about a situation that..."
- you led a project and it failed
- you had to make a decision with limited data
- you took a risky decision
etc
Extremely bias. Interviewers are looking for perfect answers. You interview with the team you'll be working with first, so first impressions are important.
Honestly, I felt like I was just a waste of their 45 minute time. There are so many other better companies to work for (based on other reviews this company seems like a miserable place to work).

Extremely inappropriate behavioral question by the interviewer: What's the most offensive thing you've ever said to a team member?
First of all, this is such an awkward question to ask. This person should not be interviewing candidates. It has nothing to do with the job.

4 back-to-back interviews for 3 and a half hours. Only 10 mins to break during the second and third interviews. One of the four interviewers is a bar-raiser. Most are behavior questions.
