If you're a college hire, they'll reach out to you via email for a phone screen. Then after the phone screen, you will be asked to come in for an in-person interview (make sure to dress casual -- sweater/jeans are OK for Amazon, do not dress in anything more! You will be working in a warehouse).

Question 1
1. Tell me about a time you took charge of something outside your area of responsibility.
2. Tell me about a time you needed to motivate your team. How did you do it?
3. Tell me about a time you didn't have enough facts/numbers, but needed to make a quick decision. What happened?

Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
