Fill out most of your information online. Meet with an HR person on a selected date. Basic questions regarding health, capable of lifting heavy items, It was very straight forward. They are looking for people for seasonal positions. The pay for Amazon is adjusting to $15 dollars per hour. You do get a bonus of $1 dollar per hour if you work night shift in some locations.

No interview process, went in and had the job essentially. No dress code just documentation to take to get set up on system. All welcoming and friendly though, very informal
The entire online process feels relentlessly exhausting and painfully tedious. Every step leads to another obstacle, another delay, another unnecessary complication. Instead of progress, it feels like moving through an endless maze of barriers, friction, confusion, and constant interruptions.
