J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Amazon

I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter several days later.
The recruiter set up a 60 min interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager showed up 10 min late and at the beginning of the conversation, he told me this is actually NOT an interview but a brief chat because they hope to talk to internal candidates first before talking to external ones like me. The conversation last about 10 min.
There may be some disconnection between the recruiter and hiring manager. I think no one ever wants to invest a lot of time preparing for an interview and only to be told they don’t actually want to interview you.

Amazon analyst interviews usually have four stages: application, assessment, phone screen, and interview loop. For analyst roles, you should expect SQL, data analysis, business metrics, Excel, visualization tools and Amazon Leadership Principles to be tested heavily.

Grilled me on my previous work experience, have to answer using their leadership principles using scenarios and examples. Took my technical assessment too and finally panel round. I think it's too long for what it is
2 rounds of interviews and 1st stage was all about techincal and 2nd round was about the HR round. Then got HR call. Mostly techincal Skills related questions were asked
