The one-hour phone screen was not especially difficult, so it was quite unfortunate to hear I was not selected. I heard back within one business day. The staff were polite and professional throughout the process. Confidence is key (and perhaps a reason I was not selected). Don't vocalize your uncertainties - commit to the answers you think are best.
