Applied online at Amazon. Contacted by Amazon. Recruiter and hiring manager asked for time slots. Scheduled first round of telephonic discussion. Two days earlier re-scheduled it again because of interviewer's unavailability on the scheduled date.
On next scheduled date, though it was scheduled for an hour, interviewer wrapped up in 25-30 minutes. When he started a question like - "Tell me about your career background just in 30 seconds", I was shocked and asked him that are you sure just in 30 seconds? ? ?
How can someone explain about a career just in 30 seconds to a stranger :(
If Amazon has the phone recording, please re-evaluate what interviewer asked and what were my answers ...

They use the STAR method or variations to answer with the situation, the challenge you faced, then the actions you take, and the result. If you don't use that format, you will not get positive feedback from the interviewer.

Recruiter screening friendly. Consistently great experiences with recruiters. Got HM interview but HM didn't do the interview. Guy who did lacked the background to assess my background in AI/ML. Amazon is now kicking people out of ATS for 6 months for related roles if you don't progress.
