You have to go through an online assessment before you sit down with a human being for an interview. I completed the online assessment and was accepted into the next stage which the interview.
The person who sat down with me had a good deamenour about him, and he inspired me more about the job at Amazon.

Interview took place in phases. 1st was assesment which which general optometry and problem solving questions. 2nd there was a one to one with a manager who was sitting in Italy.
