The interview consisted of 4 rounds (to my surprise no HR interview)
1.) Group discussion :- Any topic of your choice.
A few words only required.
2.)Write Versant :- This round tests your grammar and typing speed. You will be subjected to an online test.

3.)E-Mail Writing
3.)CSA Role Simulation:- You will have to perform actions according to a conversation between a CSA agent and a customer
e.g:- Including credit card details to account, performing a change of address.
4.)Verbal Fluency Test:- This test is done to check if the candidate is suitable for a voice process or should he be put into chat or e-mail support

Very easy, interviewer just asked me a very basic information. She never asked me technical questions though. Just asking me if I'm flexible when it comes to schedules. The interview only lasts 5-10 minutes, after that I received a job offer from them and complied my documents.

It's long time talking and based on many aspects of work so be prepared for that also practice customer associate role before that will be better. Then they also included difference situation some has to be replied based on text and other voice based

It was smooth and easy. You can crack it easily if you got good communication skills. There were 3 rounds of the interview, First one was the introduction round and english fluency checking round, Second one was the assessment round and Lastly, It was an interview round with the HR.
