i applied through college/university. The process took one day. There were four rounds of selection, each being an elimination round. The first round was JAM session where you had to speak for a minute on the topic given to you. The second was written versant which was held online. it had 3 sections - fill in the blank, paragraph rephrasing and e-mail writing, each of the question had timers. The third round was the personal interview where they test your confidence and presence of mind. The final round was voice versant where you comprehension and listening skills are tested. The machine asks you to follow some instructions and answer certain questions.
