I applied months ago through the website and didn't hear back until late January; completed all the interviews and got an offer by the beginning of March.
My interview was two rounds, the first one is 30 minutes and the second one is two 30 minute interviews which are supposed to be back to back. The interview questions were primarily behavioral and the interviewers allotted a ton of time for QA, so have a ton of questions prepared.

Straightforward process:
1. introduction 2. Why Amazon? Why ads? + three somewhat complex BQ questions 4. a short case study 5. My turn to ask questions.
Prepare your BQ really good and go learn the LPs cuz I definitely failed that part and was confused by myself during the storytelling.
