Call about from HR, Got email to set up Assistant test which has question about controls/electrical/mechanical/robotics/PLC. If pass HR will email forward for interview.
The Assessment test is tricky so need to be well prepared on all the described fields to get excellent scores. I believe they have a cut off for that test so if we don't meet the requirement they don't proceed with the process. They interview with HR is more behavioral kind of questions about your past experience of dealing with critics situations and conditions.

I was contacted out of the blue by an Amazon recruiter asking if I was interested in this position along with a few other questions (like when I would be available for contact within the next 7-10 days, specific work experience, salary expectations, shift availability). I had recently posted my resume on a few job boards (monster, CareerBuilder, etc) so I think that's how they found me. After I told the first recruiter I was interested in the position and answered her questions, she referred me to another recruiter. After 24 hours the second recruiter contacted me with a time I was to have a phone interview with the regional manager for my position. From first contact to phone interview was about a week.
The phone interview was very quick, 10 minutes max, which I found very surprising. He started out asking me about what I currently do at my job. After my response, he asked how comfortable I was using a multimeter and DeviceNet. After I answered his questions he went into a little detail about the job, that was it from him. Then he asked if I had any questions, and I asked the few I had prepared. I was then told he is recommending me for an onsite interview and that the recruiter would get a hold me in the next few days. And now I'm waiting for that.

Question 1
During the phone interview they didn't ask me any technical questions. Just what I do at my current position, how comfortable I am with a multimeter and using DeviceNet.
