Initial 20 min telephone call with the in-house recruiter. Then a 45 min competency based telephone interview with a manager in the UK. Then another 45 min competency based interview telephone interview with a manager in the US. If successful a 5 hour day in the London office.. I didn't get to the last stage!

What are your thoughts on header bidding! There were some competency based interviews but not that many. Both calls were kept to a maximum of 45 mins.

Very long, all though they prepare you before the interview process, the process is long and they provide CERO feedback.
After several processes with them, the process has many faults and deficiencies.
